Order Cancellation

Orders may be cancelled before they have been processed or shipped.

Once an order has been shipped, it can no longer be cancelled.

Returns

We accept returns within 14 days of receiving your order, provided that:

  • The item is unused, unworn, and unwashed.
  • All original tags are attached.
  • The item is returned in its original packaging.
  • The item shows no signs of wear, damage, perfume, or alteration.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for:

  • Accessories that have been worn or used.
  • Items marked as Final Sale.

Exchanges

If you receive the wrong size or wish to exchange an item, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order.

Exchanges are subject to product availability.

Refunds

Once your returned item has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome.

If your return is approved, your refund will be processed using the original payment method within 7–14 business days, depending on your payment provider or bank.

Shipping fees are non-refundable, unless the return is due to:

  • An incorrect item sent by us.
  • A defective or damaged product.
  • An error made by The Madies.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order.

Please include:

  • Your order number
  • Photos showing the issue

We will review your request and arrange a replacement or refund where appropriate.

Return Shipping

Unless the return is due to our error or a defective product, customers are responsible for the cost of returning items.

We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as we cannot be responsible for returned items lost during transit.
